Twisted Black p-Brane Solutions in String Theory
Ashoke Sen

TL;DR
This paper explores how $O(d) imes O(d)$ transformations generate new black $p$-brane solutions in string theory, introducing continuous parameters and background antisymmetric tensor fields, thus expanding the landscape of classical solutions.
Contribution
It demonstrates the application of $O(d) imes O(d)$ transformations to known black $p$-brane solutions, revealing new solutions with additional parameters and background fields.
Findings
Generated new classical solutions with extra parameters
Introduced background antisymmetric tensor fields
Expanded the solution space of black $p$-branes
Abstract
It has been shown that given a classical background in string theory which is independent of of the space-time coordinates, we can generate other classical backgrounds by transformation on the solution. We study the effect of this transformation on the known black -brane solutions in string theory, and show how these transformations produce new classical solutions labelled by extra continuous parameters and containing background antisymmetric tensor field.
