Alejandra Castro, Joshua L. Davis, Per Kraus, Finn Larsen

TL;DR
This paper investigates higher derivative corrections to five-dimensional attractor geometries, deriving corrected AdS_3xS^2 solutions, verifying central charge calculations, and confirming consistency with four-dimensional results.
Contribution
It provides explicit solutions for corrected attractor geometries in five dimensions and verifies their consistency with previous anomaly-based and four-dimensional analyses.
Findings
Derived corrected AdS_3xS^2 geometries in 5D supergravity.
Verified AdS_3 central charges match anomaly-based predictions.
Found complete agreement with 4D higher derivative attractor results.
Abstract
We analyze higher derivative corrections to attractor geometries in five dimensions. We find corrected AdS_3xS^2 geometries by solving the equations of motion coming from a recently constructed four-derivative supergravity action in five dimensions. The result allows us to explicitly verify a previous anomaly based derivation of the AdS_3 central charges of this theory. Also, by dimensional reduction we compare our results with those of the 4D higher derivative attractor, and find complete agreement.
