Rodrigo Aros, Mauricio Romo, Nelson Zamorano

TL;DR
This paper derives a four-dimensional conformal gravity theory with a scalar field from five-dimensional AdS Einstein gravity, confirming previous results through explicit calculation of boundary induced gravity and radial diffeomorphism dynamics.
Contribution
It provides an explicit derivation of boundary conformal gravity from AdS/CFT, including the scalar field and radial diffeomorphism action, confirming earlier findings with a new approach.
Findings
Induced boundary theory is 4D conformal gravity plus scalar field
Explicit calculation of boundary action confirms previous results
Demonstrates the role of radial diffeomorphisms in boundary dynamics
Abstract
We explicitly calculate the induced gravity theory at the boundary of an asymptotically Anti-de Sitter five dimensional Einstein gravity. We also display the action that encodes the dynamics of radial diffeomorphisms. It is found that the induced theory is a four dimensional conformal gravity plus a scalar field. This calculation confirms some previous results found by a different approach.
