TL;DR
This paper explores how multiple open-string tachyons can collectively drive slow-roll inflation when coupled to gravity, extending previous work on tachyon dynamics in cosmology.
Contribution
It demonstrates that an N-tachyon system can produce assisted slow-roll inflation, providing a novel mechanism for inflation driven by multiple tachyons.
Findings
N-tachyon system induces slow-roll inflation
Coupling to gravity enables inflationary dynamics
Extends previous single-tachyon models
Abstract
In continuation of the papers hep-th/0505012 and hep-th/0508101 we investigate the consequences when open-string tachyons roll down simultaneously. We demonstrate that the -Tachyon system coupled to gravity does indeed give rise to the assisted slow-roll inflation.
