Micha Berkooz, Dori Reichmann, and Joan Simon

TL;DR
This paper proposes a Fermi surface model for large supersymmetric AdS_5 black holes, connecting BPS operators in N=4 SYM to black hole properties like charge, angular momentum, and entropy.
Contribution
It introduces a novel Fermi surface model for 1/16 BPS operators that reproduces key features of supersymmetric AdS_5 black holes.
Findings
Reproduces charge-angular momentum-entropy relations
Identifies a large family of BPS operators
Provides a qualitative match with black hole physics
Abstract
We identify a large family of 1/16 BPS operators in N=4 SYM that qualitatively reproduce the relations between charge, angular momentum and entropy in regular supersymmetric AdS_5 black holes when the main contribution to their masses is given by their angular momentum.
