Numerical simulation of non-extensive Boltzmann equation
T. S. Biro, G. Purcsel

TL;DR
This paper introduces a test particle simulation method for solving non-extensive Boltzmann equations, successfully generating stationary energy distributions with power-law tails.
Contribution
It presents the first development of a simulation approach for non-extensive Boltzmann equations, enabling analysis of power-law energy distributions.
Findings
Stationary distributions with power-law tails achieved.
Simulation method applicable to non-extensive systems.
First results demonstrating the approach's viability.
Abstract
We present first results of the development of a test particle simulation for solving non-extensive extensions of the elastic two-particle Boltzmann equation. Stationary one-particle energy distributions with power-law tail are obtained.
