Gauged $U(1)_R$ supergravity on orbifold
Hiroyuki Abe

TL;DR
This paper explores a five-dimensional orbifold supergravity model with gauged $U(1)_R$ symmetry, focusing on the structure and implications of Fayet-Iliopoulos terms in this setup.
Contribution
It introduces a novel gauged $U(1)_R$ supergravity framework on orbifolds with a $Z_2$-even gauge field participating in the gauging, analyzing FI terms and their physical effects.
Findings
Structure of FI terms in the model is clarified.
Physical consequences of FI terms are examined.
The model's unique features are identified in the orbifold context.
Abstract
We discuss a gauged supergravity on five-dimensional orbifold () in which a -even U(1) gauge field takes part in the gauging, and show the structure of Fayet-Iliopoulos (FI) terms allowed in such model. Some physical consequences of the FI terms are examined.
