Osvaldo Chandia

TL;DR
This paper investigates the compactification of the pure spinor superstring to four dimensions, revealing a conformal invariant system with N=2 superconformal symmetry in the four-dimensional sector.
Contribution
It introduces a conformal invariant description of the compactified pure spinor superstring with N=2 superconformal symmetry in four dimensions.
Findings
The compactified string maintains conformal invariance.
The four-dimensional sector exhibits non-critical N=2 superconformal symmetry.
The system is described by both four-dimensional and six-dimensional variables.
Abstract
We study the compactification of the pure spinor superstring down to four dimensions. We find that the compactified string is described by a conformal invariant system for both the four dimensional and for the compact six dimensional variables. The four dimensional sector is found to be invariant under a non-critical N=2 superconformal transformations.
