TL;DR
This paper investigates the quantum one-loop trace anomaly of higher spin conformal currents in AdS4, analyzing their structure, singularities, and the implications for higher spin gauge fields.
Contribution
It provides a detailed analysis of the one-loop two-point functions and renormalization of higher spin currents in AdS4, revealing quantum violations of Ward identities.
Findings
Identified singularity structures in higher spin current correlators
Demonstrated quantum violations of traceless Ward identities
Connected trace anomalies to the effective action of higher spin gauge fields
Abstract
An analysis of the structure and singularities of the one loop two point function of the higher spin traceless and conserved currents constructed from the single scalar field in space is presented. The detailed renormalization procedure is constructed and the quantum violation of the traceless Ward identity is investigated. The connection with the one loop effective action for higher spin gauge fields is discussed.
