Building a Better Racetrack
Frederik Denef, Michael R. Douglas, Bogdan Florea

TL;DR
This paper explores advanced string theory compactifications on Calabi-Yau orientifolds, achieving stabilization of all Kahler moduli, which is crucial for realistic string phenomenology.
Contribution
It demonstrates a method to stabilize all Kahler moduli in IIb compactifications, extending previous models with new stabilization techniques.
Findings
All Kahler moduli are stabilized in the proposed compactifications.
The approach aligns with the KKLT framework for moduli stabilization.
Provides a viable pathway for realistic string model building.
Abstract
We find IIb compactifications on Calabi-Yau orientifolds in which all Kahler moduli are stabilized, along lines suggested by Kachru, Kallosh, Linde and Trivedi.
