S. Mignemi

TL;DR
This paper explores a deformed 3D gravity model incorporating an invariant energy scale, providing explicit solutions that generalize the BTZ black hole within a novel algebraic framework.
Contribution
It introduces a new deformation of the anti-de Sitter algebra and derives explicit solutions using the Poisson sigma model formalism, extending the understanding of 3D gravity.
Findings
Explicit solutions reduce to BTZ black hole in the undeformed limit
Deformation accounts for an invariant energy scale in 3D gravity
Provides a new algebraic framework for deformed gravity models
Abstract
We investigate the gauging of a three-dimensional deformation of the anti-de Sitter algebra, which accounts for the existence of an invariant energy scale. By means of the Poisson sigma model formalism, we obtain explicit solutions of the field equations, which reduce to the BTZ black hole in the undeformed limit.
