A.T. Banin, N.G. Pletnev

TL;DR
This paper investigates the construction of the ${ m N}=4$ SYM effective action beyond the leading low-energy approximation by exploring hidden ${ m N}=2$ supersymmetry in harmonic superspace, focusing on the $F^6$ term.
Contribution
It develops a method to incorporate deformed hidden ${ m N}=2$ supersymmetry to accurately construct the ${ m N}=4$ supersymmetric effective action including the $F^6$ term.
Findings
Constructed the hypermultiplet-dependent contributions for the $F^6$ term.
Achieved a self-consistent ${ m N}=4$ supersymmetric functional with $F^{6}$.
Extended the understanding of effective actions beyond leading order in ${ m N}=4$ SYM.
Abstract
A problem of the hidden supersymmetry deformation for next-to-leading terms in the effective action for SYM theory is discussed. Using formulation of the theory in harmonic superspace and exploring the on-shell hidden supersymmetry of SYM theory, we construct the appropriate hypermultiplet-depending contributions for term in the Schwinger-De Witt expansion of the effective action. The procedure involves deformed hidden supersymmetry and allows one to obtain self-consistently the correct supersymmetric functional containing among the component fields.
