M. H. Pacheco, R. R. Landim, and C. A. S. Almeida

TL;DR
This paper investigates the thermodynamic properties of the one-dimensional Dirac oscillator, revealing that its heat capacity surpasses that of the harmonic oscillator at elevated temperatures.
Contribution
It provides a novel analysis of the Dirac oscillator's thermal behavior, highlighting differences from classical harmonic oscillators.
Findings
Heat capacity is twice that of the harmonic oscillator at high temperatures.
The study offers insights into relativistic quantum systems in thermal environments.
Abstract
We analyze the one-dimensional Dirac oscillator in a thermal bath. We found that the heat capacity is two times greater than the heat capacity of the one-dimensional harmonic oscillator for higher temperatures.
