Bozhidar Z. Iliev (Institute for Nuclear Research, Nuclear Energy,, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Sofia, Bulgaria)

TL;DR
This paper examines different definitions of conserved operators in quantum field theory, analyzing their relations and highlighting their distinct roles in the formalism.
Contribution
It clarifies the differences between Noether-derived and transformation generators of conserved operators in quantum field theory.
Findings
Different conserved operators serve distinct purposes.
Relations between various conserved operators are analyzed.
The study clarifies the roles of conserved quantities in QFT.
Abstract
Conserved operator quantities in quantum field theory can be defined via the Noether theorem in the Lagrangian formalism and as generators of some transformations. These definitions lead to generally different conserved operators which are suitable for different purposes. Some relations involving conserved operators are analyzed.
