Calin Ciocarlie, Peter Lee, Jongwon Park

TL;DR
This paper explores the construction of noncommutative D-brane actions using the nonabelian action of coincident D(-1) branes in a background field, providing insights into tachyon condensation in noncommutative settings.
Contribution
It introduces a method to derive noncommutative D-brane actions from the nonabelian D(-1) brane action in the large N limit.
Findings
Constructed noncommutative D-brane actions from D(-1) branes.
Provided a perspective on tachyon condensation in noncommutative geometry.
Abstract
We use the nonabelian action of N coincident D(-1) branes in constant background fields, in the N limit, to construct noncommutative D-brane actions in an arbitrary noncommutative description and comment on tachyon condensation from this perspective.
