Emili Bagan, Robin Horan, Martin Lavelle, David McMullan, Shogo, Tanimura

TL;DR
This paper addresses the longstanding issue of describing charged particles in gauge theories by providing an explicit construction that maintains good perturbative properties and correctly recovers particle modes before and after scattering.
Contribution
It introduces a novel explicit construction of charged particles in gauge theories, resolving conceptual difficulties and ensuring proper particle mode recovery.
Findings
Constructed charged particles with good perturbative behavior
Demonstrated recovery of particle modes pre- and post-scattering
Resolved fundamental issues in gauge theory descriptions of charged particles
Abstract
It is sometimes claimed that one cannot describe charged particles in gauge theories. We identify the root of the problem and present an explicit construction of charged particles. This is shown to have good perturbative properties and, asymptotically before and after scattering, to recover particle modes.
