Moninder Singh Modgil, Sukanta Panda, Gautam Sengupta

TL;DR
This paper explores the properties of a five-dimensional rotating black string in a Randall-Sundrum brane world, analyzing its geodesics and asymptotic behavior to understand its impact on four-dimensional black holes.
Contribution
It introduces a model of a rotating black string in a brane world setting and examines its geometric and physical properties.
Findings
Analysis of geodesic equations in the black string background
Discussion of asymptotic behavior of the rotating black string
Implications for four-dimensional black holes on the brane
Abstract
A five dimensional rotating black string in a Randall-Sundrum brane world is considered. The black string intercepts the three brane in a four dimensional rotating black hole. The geodesic equations and the asymptotics in this background are discussed.
