A. Ceresole, G. Dall'Agata

TL;DR
This paper reviews supersymmetric Randall-Sundrum brane-world models and explores their realization within five-dimensional N=2 gauged supergravity, highlighting the current understanding and potential developments.
Contribution
It provides a summary of the status of brane-world scenarios and demonstrates their possible embedding in five-dimensional supergravity theories.
Findings
Supersymmetric brane-world scenarios are compatible with 5D N=2 gauged supergravity.
The paper discusses the conditions for realizing brane-worlds within supergravity frameworks.
Current models can be embedded in supergravity, opening avenues for further theoretical development.
Abstract
We summarise the present status of supersymmetric Randall-Sundrum brane-world scenarios and report on their possible realisation within five-dimensional matter coupled N=2 gauged supergravity.
