Adel Awad, Andrew Chamblin

TL;DR
This paper introduces a variety of higher-dimensional Taub-NUT-AdS solutions to Einstein's equations, exploring their topology, global structure, and relevance to M-theory in dimensions six, eight, and ten.
Contribution
It provides new explicit solutions in higher dimensions with non-trivial topology, expanding the known landscape of Einstein spacetimes relevant to theoretical physics.
Findings
Solutions in 6, 8, and 10 dimensions with non-trivial topology
Analysis of global structure and asymptotic behavior
Relevance to M-theory contexts
Abstract
We present a menagerie of solutions to the vacuum Einstein equations in six, eight and ten dimensions. These solutions describe spacetimes which are either locally asymptotically adS or locally asymptotically flat, and which have non-trivial topology. We discuss the global structure of these solutions, and their relevance within the context of M-theory.
