TL;DR
This paper introduces a novel approach using BRS techniques to construct Chern-Simons forms that extend the Chern character within the framework of cyclic homology, providing new insights into algebraic topology.
Contribution
It presents a new method for constructing Chern-Simons forms that generalize the Chern character in cyclic homology using BRS techniques.
Findings

Extension of Chern character in cyclic homology
Application of BRS techniques to algebraic topology
Abstract
