Comment on Ambiguities in the Holographic Weyl Anomaly
M. Fukuma, T. Sakai

TL;DR
This paper examines potential ambiguities in the holographic Weyl anomaly caused by local flow equation terms and concludes these ambiguities do not affect physical results.
Contribution
It clarifies that local terms in the flow equation do not lead to physically meaningful ambiguities in the holographic Weyl anomaly.
Findings
Ambiguities from local flow terms are physically irrelevant.
Holographic Weyl anomaly remains well-defined despite potential ambiguities.
Clarifies the role of local terms in holographic anomaly calculations.
Abstract
We consider possible ambiguities in the holographic Weyl anomaly that are caused by local terms in the flow equation. We point out that such ambiguities actually do not give physically meaningful contributions to the Weyl anomaly.
