Mikhail S. Plyushchay

TL;DR
This paper explores a deformed Heisenberg algebra with reflection, applying it to describe spin and anyon fields in 2+1 dimensions, and investigates the connection between parastatistics and supersymmetry.
Contribution
It introduces a unified framework using deformed Heisenberg algebra with reflection for describing spin and anyon fields, linking parastatistics with supersymmetry.
Findings
Unified description of spin-$j$ and anyon fields
Relation between parastatistics and supersymmetry
Application of algebra in 2+1 dimensions
Abstract
Deformed Heisenberg algebra with reflection appeared in the context of Wigner's generalized quantization schemes underlying the concept of parafields and parastatistics of Green, Volkov, Greenberg and Messiah. We review the application of this algebra for the universal description of ordinary spin- and anyon fields in 2+1 dimensions, and discuss the intimate relation between parastatistics and supersymmetry.
