A model for time-dependent cosmological constant
M. Novello, J. Barcelos-Neto, J.M. Salim

TL;DR
This paper proposes a model where the cosmological constant varies over time, linking it to quantum effects and the chiral anomaly during the universe's early stages.
Contribution
It introduces a novel spacetime-dependent cosmological constant model connected to quantum phenomena and the chiral anomaly.
Findings
The model suggests a dynamic cosmological constant influenced by quantum effects.
Relates the cosmological constant to the chiral anomaly in early universe conditions.
Provides a theoretical framework for time-dependent dark energy.
Abstract
We present a model for a spacetime dependent cosmological {\it constant}. We make a realization of this model based on a possible quantum aspects of the initial stage of the universe and relate the cosmological constant with the chiral anomaly.
