Type 0 Brane Inflation from Mirage Cosmology
E.Papantonopoulos, I.Pappa

TL;DR
This paper explores how a three-dimensional brane moving in a Type 0 String background can induce an inflationary phase in the universe's evolution, providing a string-theoretic model of early universe inflation.
Contribution
It introduces a novel brane-world inflation model based on mirage cosmology within Type 0 String backgrounds, linking string theory to cosmological inflation.
Findings
Induces inflationary phase from brane motion in Type 0 String background
Identifies parameter ranges for inflationary behavior
Connects string theory dynamics with cosmological evolution
Abstract
We consider a three-dimensional brane-universe moving in a Type 0 String background. The motion induces on the brane a cosmological evolution which, for some range of the parameters, exhibits an inflationary phase.
