Abstract
The dominant contribution to the inclusive decays of mesons into the charm-strangeness mesons and is expected to be given by the partonic process . We determine the nonperturbative and the radiative corrections to and thereby to the inclusive decays . The new feature of our calculation is that we separately determine the nonperturbative and the corrections to the longitudinal () and transverse () pieces of the spin 1 meson. The longitudinal/transverse composition of the can be probed through its two principal decay modes and for which we write down the angular decay distributions.
