Soft Color Fields in DIS at low x and low Q^2
A. Metz

TL;DR
This paper explores two approaches to deep inelastic scattering at low x and Q^2, utilizing soft color fields: a dual-Pomeron model and a semiclassical gluon density calculation.
Contribution
It introduces a dual approach combining a Pomeron model and a semiclassical gluon density method to study DIS at low x and Q^2, emphasizing soft color fields.
Findings
The Pomeron model fits low x data with two trajectories.
The semiclassical approach determines gluon density at NLO.
Both methods highlight the role of soft color fields.
Abstract
Two complementary approaches to DIS at low and low are presented. In the first case we apply a model containig two Pomeron trajectories. In the second case we determine the gluon density in the semiclassical treatment at next-to-leading order. Both approaches rely on the concept of soft color fields.
