Hadron Structure Functions in a Chiral Quark Model
Leonard Gamberg, Herbert Weigel

TL;DR
This paper introduces a regularization method for calculating hadron structure functions within a chiral quark model, emphasizing the Pauli-Villars scheme and discussing phenomenological results in the valence quark approximation.
Contribution
It proposes a consistent regularization procedure, specifically the Pauli-Villars scheme, for hadron structure function calculations in a bosonized chiral quark model.
Findings
Pauli-Villars regularization is most suitable for these calculations.
Summarizes phenomenology of structure functions in valence quark approximation.
Abstract
We present a consistent regularization procedure for calculating hadron structure functions in a bosonized chiral quark model. We find that the Pauli-Villars regularization scheme is most suitable. We also summarize the phenomenology of structure functions calculated in the valence quark approximation.
