Abstract
We compute the branching ratio of inclusive decay based upon the QCD anomaly mechanism: . To obtain a reliable branching ratio, we calculate the form factors up to the next-to-leading-logarithmic(NLL) approximation. We point out that the Standard Model prediction for is consistent with the CLEO data, in contrast to the claims of some previous works.
