Determination of the Strong Coupling Constant in Jet Production at HERA
T. Carli

TL;DR
This paper reports a precise determination of the strong coupling constant alpha_s from jet production data at HERA, showing results consistent with the world average and demonstrating high measurement accuracy.
Contribution
The study provides a new, highly precise measurement of alpha_s using jet observables at HERA, with three different methods yielding consistent results.
Findings
Alpha_s determined with an error of about 0.006
Results are consistent across three different observables
Measurement accuracy is comparable to the world average
Abstract
Recent \alphas determinations from jet production at HERA are presented. Three different observables lead to consistent alpha values. The result is consistent with the world average and has an error of about 0.006. This is quite a remarkable result, since it is only slightly less precise than the world average.
