The (BFKL) Pomeron-virtual photon-photon vertex for any conformal spin
S. Munier, H. Navelet

TL;DR
This paper calculates the BFKL Pomeron-virtual photon-photon vertex for any conformal spin, extending previous work by including non-zero transfer components, crucial for understanding diffractive photon production.
Contribution
It provides the first explicit expressions for the impact-factor projection on BFKL eigenfunctions for non-zero conformal spins, specifically for n=+/-2.
Findings
Derived impact-factor projections for n=+/-2
Confirmed zero contributions for other conformal spins
Enhances understanding of diffractive photon processes
Abstract
To study diffractive photon production at HERA, we compute the projection of the virtual photon-photon impact-factor on the BFKL leading-order eigenfunctions E(n,nu) for non-zero transfer. This calculation supplements former ones performed for n=0. We provide an expression for n=+/-2 and check that all the other components are zero.
