TL;DR
This paper derives the effective potential for diquark fields causing color symmetry breaking in dense QCD, analyzing the excitation spectrum and universality class of the resulting dynamics.
Contribution
It introduces a new derivation of the effective potential for diquark fields in cold dense QCD with long-range interactions.
Findings
Spectrum of excitations characterized
Universality class identified
Effective potential formulated
Abstract
The effective potential of composite diquark fields responsible for color symmetry breaking in cold very dense QCD, in which long-range interactions dominate, is derived. The spectrum of excitations and the universality class of this dynamics are described.
