TL;DR
This paper investigates potential deviations from quantum electrodynamics caused by virtual excited spin-3/2 leptons in electron-positron collisions, using OPAL data to set bounds on their properties.
Contribution
It provides new bounds on the mass and coupling strengths of excited spin-3/2 leptons based on experimental data.
Findings
Established bounds on nonstandard-lepton mass
Set limits on coupling strengths
Used OPAL data at 183 GeV
Abstract
We discuss possible deviations from QED produced by a virtual excited spin-3/2 lepton in the reaction . Data recorded by the OPAL Collaboration at a c.m. energy are used to establish bounds on the nonstandard-lepton mass and coupling strengths.
