TL;DR
This paper evaluates the accuracy of pi-pi scattering threshold parameters in Chiral Perturbation Theory at two loops, quantifying the predictive power of the theory considering experimental uncertainties.
Contribution
It provides a detailed error analysis of threshold parameters in two-loop ChPT, incorporating various sets of low energy constants and resonance saturation effects.
Findings
Quantified uncertainties in threshold parameters due to experimental errors.
Assessed the impact of different low energy constant sets on predictions.
Established the predictive limits of ChPT at two loops.
Abstract
Using the analysis of ChPT to two loops, we perform an error analysis of the threshold and low energy parameters, based on the uncertainties for the one loop low energy parameters and the resonance saturation mechanism. Different sets of one loop low energy constants have been considered. Thus, the predictive power of the effective field theory is quantified on the basis of the present experimental uncertainties.
