Anomalous couplings of vector bosons and the decay $H \longrightarrow \gamma \gamma$: Dimensional regularization versus momentum cutoff
Jiri Novotny, Miroslav Stohr

TL;DR
This paper compares dimensional regularization and momentum cutoff methods in calculating the W-boson loop contribution to the Higgs decay into two photons, highlighting the impact of anomalous gauge couplings and the new physics scale.
Contribution
It provides a detailed comparison of regularization techniques in the context of anomalous vector boson couplings affecting Higgs decay.
Findings
Regularization method influences the amplitude calculation.
Dependence on the new physics scale Λ is analyzed.
Effective Lagrangian approach clarifies anomalous couplings' effects.
Abstract
As an illustration of general principles, the -boson loop contribution to the amplitude for the decay is calculated within a specific model for the effective lagrangian describing the anomalous gauge boson couplings. Different approaches to the dependence of the result on the scale of new physics are briefly discussed.
