Oscillations, Neutrino Masses and Scales of New Physics
G.Barenboim, F.Scheck (Mainz)

TL;DR
This paper demonstrates that current neutrino experimental data can be explained by models where neutrinos are massless at tree level but acquire small Dirac masses through radiative corrections, suggesting a potential mechanism for neutrino mass generation.
Contribution
It introduces a framework where neutrino masses arise from radiative corrections in existing models, providing an alternative to traditional mass generation mechanisms.
Findings
Neutrino data compatible with zero tree-level mass models
Neutrinos gain small Dirac masses via radiative corrections
Supports radiative correction as a viable neutrino mass mechanism
Abstract
We show that all the available experimental information involving neutrinos can be accounted for within the framework of already existing models where neutrinos have zero mass at tree level, but obtain a small Dirac mass by radiative corrections.
