Non-standard soft supersymmetry breaking
I. Jack, D.R.T. Jones

TL;DR
This paper investigates a broader class of soft supersymmetry-breaking terms, corrects previous one-loop beta function calculations, and identifies new finite supersymmetric theories, enhancing understanding of SUSY breaking mechanisms.
Contribution
It introduces a more general framework for soft SUSY-breaking masses, corrects existing beta function results, and discovers a new class of finite supersymmetric theories.
Findings
Corrected one-loop beta functions in MSSM context
Identified a new class of finite supersymmetric theories
Expanded the understanding of SUSY-breaking interactions
Abstract
We explore a more general class of soft supersymmetry-breaking masses and interactions than that usually considered, both in general and in the MSSM context, where our results for the one-loop -functions correct some errors in the literature. We identify a new class of one-loop finite supersymmetric theories.
