TL;DR
This paper introduces flavor-symmetric couplings with correction factors for OZI-allowed three-meson vertices, specifically addressing the scalar-meson flavor-singlet, enhancing the standard theoretical framework.
Contribution
It provides a novel correction to the naive Zweig rule for scalar-meson flavor-singlet couplings in effective meson theories.
Findings
Derived flavor-symmetric couplings with correction factors.
Applied the correction to two-meson channels of scalar mesons.
Improved understanding of OZI-allowed processes in meson interactions.
Abstract
We present flavour-symmetric couplings for the OZI-allowed three-meson vertices of effective meson theories, which for the case of the two-meson channels to which the flavour-singlet scalar meson couples, are endowed with a correction factor with respect to the standard formula.
