Lattice Gauge Theory: Status Report 1994
Junko Shigemitsu

TL;DR
This report summarizes recent progress in Lattice Gauge Theory, including calculations of fundamental parameters like $ ext{α}_s$ and $M_b$, updates on meson decay constants, form factors, and initial studies of rare decay processes.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive update on lattice results for key parameters and processes in particle physics, highlighting new calculations and initial studies of rare decays.
Findings
Determined the strong coupling constant $ ext{α}_s$ and b-quark mass $M_b$.
Updated values for the Kaon B parameter $B_K$.
Presented initial lattice studies of the Isgur-Wise function and $B ightarrow K^* \,\gamma$ decay.
Abstract
We report on recent developments and results from Lattice Gauge Theory. These include determinations of the strong coupling constant and the b-quark mass and an update on the Kaon B parameter . Lattice results for heavy meson decay constants and semileptonic B and D meson decay form factors are reviewed. The first attempts to study the Isgur-Wise function and the radiative Penguin decay process, , on the lattice are discussed. (Review talk presented ICHEP 94, Glasgow, July 1994) OHSTPY-HEP-T-94-016
