Marginally Eternal Inflation
K.-I. Izawa

TL;DR
This paper investigates the fine-tuning required to achieve marginally eternal inflation within a supergravity framework, using R-invariant chaotic inflation as a case study.
Contribution
It demonstrates that slow-roll inflation can be made marginally eternal through specific parameter tuning in supergravity models.
Findings
Primordial inflation can be marginally eternal with appropriate tuning.
R-invariant chaotic inflation serves as an example of one-parameter tuning.
The study highlights the role of supergravity in inflationary model tuning.
Abstract
We examine the amount of parameter tuning to make slow-roll inflation marginally eternal by considering an R-invariant chaotic inflation as an example of one-parameter tuning in supergravity. The primordial inflation turns out to be possibly marginal in such a setup.
