I.P.Lokhtin, A.M.Snigirev

TL;DR
This paper introduces a rapid Monte Carlo method to simulate jet quenching phenomena in ultrarelativistic heavy ion collisions by modifying standard PYTHIA jet events to include medium-induced rescattering and energy loss.
Contribution
A new fast simulation tool for jet quenching in heavy ion collisions that integrates medium effects into PYTHIA events.
Findings
Efficient simulation of medium-induced rescattering and energy loss.
Integration with PYTHIA for realistic jet event modification.
Potential for large-scale studies of jet quenching phenomena.
Abstract
The method for simulation of medium-induced rescattering and energy loss of hard partons in ultrarelativistic heavy ion collisions is developed. The model is realized as fast Monte-Carlo tool implemented to modify standard PYTHIA jet event.
