## TL;DR

This paper applies a node decimation algorithm to study models with central charge greater than one coupled to 2D gravity, showing that the fractal structure of the surfaces is preserved during blocking.

## Contribution

It introduces the use of a node decimation algorithm for blocking dynamical geometries in models with high central charge, preserving fractal properties.

## Key findings

- Blocking preserves the fractal structure of the surfaces.
- The method is effective for models with central charge greater than one.
- The approach offers insights into the geometry of coupled matter-gravity systems.

## Abstract

We use the recently proposed node decimation algorithm for blocking dynamical geometries to investigate a class of models, with central charge greater than unity, coupled to 2D gravity. We demonstrate that the blocking preserves the fractal structure of the surfaces.
