Latest Results from Heavy Quark Simulations
John Sloan

TL;DR
This paper reviews recent progress in heavy quark simulations, including spectrum calculations, extraction of fundamental parameters, and comparisons of different lattice formulations.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive comparison of NRQCD, Improved Heavy Wilson, and Heavy Staggered formulations for heavy quark simulations.
Findings
NRQCD and Improved Heavy Wilson formulations are effective for heavy quark calculations.
Recent spectrum calculations enable precise extraction of alpha_s and quark masses.
Heavy Staggered formulation shows promising results in recent studies.
Abstract
The status of b-bbar and c-cbar calculations, numerical and analytic, are reviewed. The extraction of alpha_s and quark masses from spectrum calculations is discussed. The NRQCD and Improved Heavy Wilson formulations of heavy quarks are compared, and recent calculations using a Heavy Staggered formulation are discussed.
