The scalar and tensor glueballs in the valence approximation
H. Chen, J. Sexton, A. Vaccarino, D. Weingarten

TL;DR
This paper calculates the masses of scalar and tensor glueballs in the valence approximation, providing results that support the identification of the scalar glueball with the $f_0(1710)$ meson.
Contribution
It presents the first continuum limit calculations of glueball masses in the valence approximation, with results consistent with experimental observations.
Findings
Scalar glueball mass: 1740 ± 71 MeV
Tensor glueball mass: 2359 ± 128 MeV
Supports $f_0(1710)$ as the lightest scalar glueball
Abstract
We evaluate the infinite volume, continuum limit of and glueball masses in the valence approximation. We find ~MeV and ~MeV, consistent with the interpretation of as the lightest scalar glueball.
