TL;DR
This paper investigates gravitational attraction within simplicial gravity using dynamical triangulation, measuring scalar field propagators to demonstrate the presence of gravitational attraction.
Contribution
It introduces a method to measure gravitational attraction in simplicial gravity through scalar propagators on dynamical triangulation configurations.
Findings
Gravitational attraction is confirmed in the model.
Scalar propagators indicate the presence of attraction.
Method provides a new way to analyze gravity in discrete models.
Abstract
We look at gravitational attraction in simplicial gravity using the dynamical triangulation method. On the dynamical triangulation configurations we measure quenched propagators of a free massive scalar field. The masses measured from these propagators show that gravitational attraction is present.
