Anyi Li, Andrei Alexandru, Keh-Fei Liu

TL;DR
This paper applies the Ferrenberg and Swendsen reweighting technique to finite density lattice QCD simulations, reducing computational costs by enabling combined reweighting in multiple parameters.
Contribution
It demonstrates the practical use of reweighting in both $eta$ and quark number $k$ to optimize finite density lattice QCD computations.
Findings
Reweighting reduces the number of required ensembles.
Combined reweighting in $eta$ and $k$ is feasible.
Application to Kentucky group's ensemble shows effectiveness.
Abstract
Finite density simulations require dynamical fermions which are computationally demanding. We employ Ferrenberg and Swendsen reweighting method to reduce the number of ensembles needed. We use their method to do a combined reweighting in both and quark number on an ensemble generated by the Kentucky group.
