TL;DR
This paper introduces the application of Hybrid Monte Carlo (HMC) to simulate overlap fermions, providing the fermionic force for molecular dynamics and presenting initial results on a small dynamical chiral ensemble.
Contribution
It presents a novel implementation of HMC for overlap fermions, including the derivation of the fermionic force and initial simulation results.
Findings
Successful implementation of HMC for overlap fermions
First results on a small dynamical chiral ensemble
Demonstrates feasibility of the approach
Abstract
We apply the Hybrid Monte Carlo method to the simulation of overlap fermions. We give the fermionic force for the molecular dynamics update. We present early results on a small dynamical chiral ensemble.
