It proposes a new stochastic representation method for the fermion determinant applicable to global Monte Carlo algorithms, with validation in the Schwinger model.
Findings
Successful implementation of the method in the Schwinger model
Potential for improved fermion Monte Carlo algorithms
Foundation for further research in stochastic fermion representations
Abstract
In this talk I discuss a new possibility for stochastic representation of the fe rmion determinant. The method can be used for global Monte Carlo fermion algorit hms and is tested in the case of the Schwinger model.
