TL;DR
This paper reports lattice QCD calculations of quark and gluon propagators in covariant gauges, analyzing the effects of different gauge-fixing parameters using the SU(3) Wilson action in the quenched approximation.
Contribution
It provides new lattice data for propagators in covariant gauges with varying gauge parameters, expanding understanding of gauge dependence in QCD.
Findings
Propagators computed for lambda=0,8,16
Data obtained at beta=6.0 on 16^3x32 lattice
Results show gauge parameter influence on propagator behavior
Abstract
We present data for the gluon and quark propagators computed in the standard lattice Landau's gauge and for three values of the covariant gauge-fixing parameter lambda=0,8,16. Our results are obtained using the SU(3) Wilson action in the quenched approximation at beta=6.0 and volume=16^3x32.
