Neutrino Oscillations at Reactors: What Next?
L.A.Mikaelyan, V.V.Sinev

TL;DR
This paper reviews past and future reactor experiments on neutrino oscillations, introduces a new approach at Krasnoyarsk for detecting small mixing angles, and discusses prospects for understanding neutrino masses and mixing.
Contribution
It proposes a novel experimental idea at Krasnoyarsk to explore small mixing angle oscillations in the atmospheric neutrino mass region.
Findings
Review of past reactor neutrino experiments
Proposal for new Krasnoyarsk experiment targeting small mixing angles
Discussion on implications for neutrino mass and mixing understanding
Abstract
We shortly review past and future experiments at reactors aimed at searches for neutrino masses and mixing. We also consider new idea to search at Krasnoyarsk for small mixing angle oscillations in the atmosheric neutrino mass parameter region.
