TL;DR
This paper reviews the established phenomenon of neutral B meson oscillations, summarizing recent experimental results and current world averages for oscillation frequencies from multiple collider experiments.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive review of recent measurements of B meson oscillations, including world averages and experimental limits from LEP, Fermilab, and SLAC.
Findings
World average of d = 0.471 b1 0.016 ps
Lower limit on s > 12.4 ps at 95% CL
Oscillation phenomenon in neutral B mesons is well established
Abstract
The oscillation phenomenon in the neutral B mesons systems is now well established. The motivations and principles of the measurements are given; then the most recent results from the LEP experiments, the CDF collaboration at Fermilab and the SLD collaboration at SLAC are reviewed. The present world average of the meson oscillation frequency is and the lower limit on the oscillation frequency is .
